In my previous post Namaste I was saying thank you to my Mum for a really smart jacket, but I’m not going to thank her for making me wear these swimming trunks and for taking this photo!

ReplyDeleteAre you laughing at my trunks Anne? š But do you like my jacket! š I think I remember Dad used to wear a big pair of orange trunks when we used to go swimming, they may have even been woolly ones? Did Mum knit them or did I just dream that!?
DeleteSorry for those giggles Dave!!ššš¤ l think this was in Ilfracombe....possibly 1969? But yes, you look very smart in your jacket & so angelic! I'm guessing it was your 1st communion!? As for Dad's trunks!!š«£....l remember he had a navy blue fleece pair...may well have looked like wool! We all went swimming in Woodchurch baths.x
